ReACT is a non-profit, non-governmental association for cultural and artistic creativity of young people, which aims to launch a process of creative action and activism of young people, providing support to socially engaged work in the field of art and creating a safe environment of interest to the general good of young people and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The REACT Association Sarajevo brings together young people, promotes, inspires a new generation of young activists and creators, bridges differences, heals divisions, breaks stereotypes to help build a community and allow change. One of the primary objectives is to implement projects and programmes that give members, individuals and the community the opportunity to learn new knowledge and skills from different fields through practical activities and entertainment, depending on their personal interests, desires and preferences, and predominantly in the field of culture and dramatic art. It also protects the reputation and professional position of its members.
ReACT deals with theatre within formal and informal education using the creative drama process and the Theatre of the Oppressed. The theatre of the oppressed is an interactive theatre within which several theatrical techniques have developed, and which we are dealing with today within the Applied Theatre.
This excellent method was initiated by Brazilian director and theatrical pedagogue Augusto Boal. Its famous Theatre of the Oppressed is performed in more than 100 countries, and aims to have a positive impact on viewers through interactive exercises, including them in the process itself and that through guided role-playing it makes aware of ways in which certain social difficulties can be overcome. This type of theatrical usually processes socially useful topics, conflicts and problems that arose at work, at school, family and similar.

Rođena 1981. godine u Sarajevu. Profesorica engleskog jezika i književnosti, dramski pedagog/mentor (stečeno zvanje primijenjene drame na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu, Srbija). Ida je bila Fulbright stipendista 2019/2020. godine u Kent State University, Ohio, u SAD, nagrađena za izvrsnost u obrazovanju.
Rođena 16.05.2004. godine. Članica udruženja od 2020. godine a na sceni je od 2014. Trenutno je studentica na Arhitektonskom fakultetu u Sarajevu, a završila je Drugu gimnaziji u Sarajevu. U sklopu svog volonterkog rada u udruženju obnašala je više funkcija kao što su PR menadžer, administrator i glumica. Trenutno radi kao asistent junior facilitator. Sa našim udruženjem je dobila priliku da asistira u vodstvu radionica u Milanu, Sarajevu, Prijedoru i Mostaru. Glumila je u svim predstavama ReAct udruženja, a učestvovala je i snimanju filma Voices of Youth koji je prikazan u Berlinskoj konferenciji u organizaciji EFCR.
